You can invite unlimited users to your firm. We do not have any restriction on the number of users in any plan (whether free or paid).
Here is the step-by-step guide for inviting a user to your firm: –
Step 1
Select the User option shown under Setting from the left-hand side menu bar.
Step 2
Click on Add User button given on the top.
Note – The button of Add User will be unlocked only for the Admins and the employee who has the rights to invite the user. If you are getting a lock icon in your Add User button then please ask your company admin to update your user rights.
Step 3
Enter the email of the user whom you want to invite to your firm. Make sure the email is valid as an invitation will be sent to this email address. Also, the invited user is required to do a signup or login into his account (registered with the same email for accepting the invitation).
Step 4
Select the user rights which you want to assign. You can update the right of the user anytime. PMS offers three types of rights: –
a) Admin – Admin has complete access to the firm without any restriction. You should give these rights only to the other partners of the firm.
b) Manager – Use these rights for the users who is the senior member of your firm and manage other user work. You can customize the rights of the manager as per your needs.
c) Employee – Use these rights for the users who are junior employee and is not managing the work of another user of the firm. You can customize the rights of the employee as per your needs.
Step 5
Click on the Invite button shown at the end to send the invitation.
Step 6
The invited user will receive an email accepting the invitation.
a) If the invited user is already an existing user of the PMS then the user can accept the invitation after logging into his account from the Firm Page.
b) If the invited user is not registered on the PMS then the user is required to do a signup before accepting the invitation. Once the user logged into his account, the option to accept the invitation will be shown on the Firm Page.
